They keep deleting my review, this is the umpteenth time I’ve had to submit it. I have the receipts. Very misleading and unprofessional behaviour! I used to have respect for this brand lol but now I don’t know if I can trust them because it seems like they delete all the bad reviews. There was another 1 star review posted but that’s also disappeared. I don’t think they realise that every time they hide it I’m just going to come back and repost it. My original review is below.
I got this bag a few months ago. Initially when it was sent to me there were a few defects but since their policy requires you to send it back yourself (even though the defect and sending me a bad piece is their fault) and I was too busy so I kept it. The finish/leather sealing on the bag was terribly done, it was uneven and looked dirty. Now a few months later (and not having even used it everyday) all the leather sealing on the edges is coming off. I’ve literally never had this happen with any bag of mine. Their quality used to be great, but idk what happened with this bag. The pictures attached are of the day I received the bag.
