When the bag arrived, it was quite hard and had indentations, but after keeping it in sunlight for 20 minutes, the bag became much softer, and the dents improved as well. Overall, it's a perfect tote bag for everyday use and is really good, but I’ll give another review after 2-3 months of use to share how the leather holds up.
